Summer Days at Griffin First | Staff Application

We are looking for caring, energetic team members who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact during the summer. Our staff help create a safe, encouraging environment where kids can learn, play, and grow in their faith. Team members will lead activities, assist with daily routines, and build meaningful relationships with the children in our program. All adult staff must be background checked. All staff will be trained specifically for Summer Days to ensure a safe and supportive experience for every child. Staff must be 15 years by January 1, 2026.

    Summer Availablity

    We understand that vacations and camps already are scheduled & commitments made. Please let us know when you are unavailable. We also understand that days here or there may pop up and you need to adjust your hours. We are as flexible as we can be when those things arise. Our natural rhythm will be to send the schedule out each Tuesday for 2 weeks. Once the schedule is sent out, it will be the employees responsibility to switch or give away shifts. 

    I understand that things may shift slightly however from week to week, but this would be your summer availability.
